Mosites provided Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the new 35,500 SF ground-up church consisting of a sanctuary, chapel, and meeting/overflow areas.  The exterior shell of the church consisted of masonry, stone and limestone sills, arched top windows, and a gabled asphalt roof.  Mosites joined the team early in the preconstruction process to assist with cost estimates, scheduling, logistical planning, and subcontractor bidding and procurement.  Mosites continues to be a valuable partner for the Diocese of Pittsburgh, working on various projects throughout their congregation.
