Mosites has completed several successful projects for the St. Louise de Marillac Parish in Upper St. Clair. The first project was the 16,000 SF parish center, which holds offices, ample work and meeting rooms, and an 8,000 SF conference facility equipped with a commercial kitchen. The center’s lower level is used for large-scale receptions and overflow services. The land surrounding the new center was extensively regraded to create full-size recreational fields. Additional work included landscaping, parking, exterior lighting, retaining walls, and egress paths.

When the parish decided to restore and renovate its church and sanctuary, Mosites again provided construction management-at-risk services. The goal was to emphasize an open floor plan and deliver a welcoming and harmonious space. Fieldstone was used on the church’s interior and exterior and reflects the earliest church traditions. At the same time, exposed steel columns, girders, and trusses modernize it with a local, traditional feel. Its once-dark interior is now filled with beams of light. Mosites completed the project in 12 weeks in time for its dedication.
