Phase IA of the project included 40 acres of site development, 500,000 CY of earthwork, parking lot expansion, and utility upgrades. Phase IB included the 60,000 SF warehouse out of the future four-phase 600,000 SF facility. Work included foundations, steel erection, roofing, and paneling. The racking area on the floor slab required a super-flat specification for an automated racking system over six trench drains. The team completed the entire slab in five pours with a quality end product. Mosites utilized a Plate Dowel system and custom foam forms for the construction joints.
