Mosites renovated more than 93,000 SF across the 400 and 500 High Tower buildings, transforming previously vacant office and manufacturing areas into modern, tenant-ready workplaces while working within an occupied facility. At 400 High Tower, the team completed a full two-floor renovation, including demolition of existing interiors and exterior elements, installation of new MEP systems, restrooms, ceilings, flooring, entrances, and an ornamental staircase. As new leases were executed, Mosites continued to renovate additional floors to prepare them for tenant occupancy. At 500 High Tower, Mosites converted a 30,892 SF former manufacturing space into two 25,000 SF turnkey office suites, renovating the top floor and part of the first floor, expanding the parking lot, and installing a new elevator system, HVAC upgrades, restrooms, and architectural finishes, all completed with active building operations maintained throughout construction.
