As part of a strategic initiative to enhance regional commerce, the multi-phased Washington Mall Development aimed to deliver one million square feet of premier retail space. Mosites provided comprehensive construction management services, including development of the construction plan, establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and oversight of approximately $123 million in construction work. Trinity Point marked the redevelopment of previously undeveloped land along the Route 19 corridor into a major retail power center anchored by Walmart and Sam’s Club. Mosites played a vital role in site preparation, performing earthmoving, grading, utility installation, and roadway improvements, followed by foundation, pad, and building shell construction. Their leadership in logistics, permitting, and coordination ensured the successful delivery of Phase I, laying the groundwork for subsequent retail expansion. By achieving its original vision, the project not only transformed the physical landscape but also positioned the region for sustained economic growth and long-term commercial impact.
