New, energy efficient facility with housing, club house, office space, and parking
ACTION-Housing converted the former Poli’s Restaurant in Squirrel Hill into 33 units of housing, half of which will by occupied by residents with health disabilities and the other half will be for general occupancy. Mosites demolished the existing structure and built a new, modern energy-efficient facility constructed to Energy Star Standards. The first two floors have been developed for Jewish Residential Services to operate an expanded Howard Levin club house. The project consists of housing, office space, elevated parking deck and slab-on-grade parking.
