26 Apartment Housing Complex Adaptive & Commercial Space in Old Homestead Bakery Re-use Project
Mosites Construction Company is on track to perform an adaptive re-use of the old Homestead Bakery into 26 new, affordable housing apartments. There will also be 12,000 SF of commercial space. This new, low income housing project is scheduled to be complete by December 2018 and will be next to a newly constructed Borough Building and Police Station.
