Four-story, 30,000 SF facility serving students and faculty who want to improve innovation design through physics-based simulation tools.

This new multi-disciplinary facility, which connects Scott Hall, Hamerschlag Hall and Porter Hall, will foster a collaboration space for students, faculty and ANSYS professionals.  The new 30,000 SF/4-story facility will serve to attract students and faculty who want to improve innovation designs through physics-based simulation tools.  Work included cost estimating, scheduling, constructability, project alignment, bid/award subcontracts, and construction activities.  This project is curretnly targeting LEED Gold certification.
