Placed slab-on-grade and slab-on-deck concrete for new 10-story residence hall

 The  new  10-story  building  on  Fifth  Avenue  in  Oakland  has  modern  housing  amenities  for  559 freshmen  students. Mosites  Construction  Company’s  work  included  slab-on-grade  concrete  for  the  tower  crane,  slab-on-deck  concrete  on  floors  2  through  4  and  topping  slab  concrete  on  floors  5  through  10.    Mosites  placed  four  floors  of  slab-on-grade  and  slab-on-deck  concrete  in  20  working  days  and  six  floors  of  topping  slab  in  30  working  days.
