Nine-story structural addition on top of an existing seven-story parking garage

Millcraft  Investments  and  McKnight  Realty  Partners  partnered  to  bring  back  life  to  an  urban  site.    They  hired  Mosites  Construction  Company  as  the  construction  manager  to  oversee  construction  of  87  high-end  condominiums.    The  plan  is  to  align  the  construction  budget  with  the  development  proforma  and  build  a  nine-story  structural  steel  building  on  top  of  an  existing  seven-story  parking  garage.    In  addition  to  the  luxury  condominiums,  the  redevelopment  will  contain  a  penthouse  entertainment  area  consisting  of  a  restaurant  overlooking  the  City  of  Pittsburgh.
