Renovation of two spaces in Porter Hall connected to the new ANSYS Hall.

The ECE renovation covered approximately 11,450 SF of existing offices, dry labs, works stations, meeting rooms, and restrooms.  The CEE Department on the 2nd floor received a 7,550 SF renovation and construction of additional office space on the adjacent roof.  A new mechanical system was installed for all connecting buildings and tie-in for optimal efficiency.
