The project consisted of a total gut and renovation to a 134,000 SF office and high-tech manufacturing facility.

Unique features on the project included electrical and data, temperature and humidity control, and utility optimization for specialized, proprietary equipment.  The facility's lower level consists of an assembly shop with material handling and preparation and storage areas with a mezzanine level for offices and shared space.  The upper level includes a large space for electrical production, software lab, research and development area, and offices to support operations.  The complex project utilized phased construction to maintain continuous use of the building and loading docks during construction.
