New Court, Locker Room, and Office Space for Athletic Facility Remodel and Expansion at Sewickley Academy

Sewickley Academy needed to remodel and significantly enlarge their existing athletic facility.   Mosites Construction Company was the construction manager based on our management plan and reputation for controlling institutional construction that minimizes inconvenience to students, staff, and faculty.

The Means Alumni Gym houses an NCAA sized basketball court that holds over 1,000 people on the first floor.  The facility offers a wide range of athletic and wellness needs, providing new locker room, coaching offices and work out spaces for sports teams.

The center offers a media room with seating for up to 150 people that can be used for analyzing game day activities.  The center also offers two full gymnasiums for regular physical education classes.
