Nativity of the Theotokos Monastery

The new campus redevelopment, situated on 22 acres, will be comprised of a new chapel, monastery, and Byzantine Iconography Studio wing.
Mosites was selected as the Construction Manager-at-Risk very early in the process and became an integral part of the project's development. Mosites is providing Construction Manager-at-Risk services, including estimating services, construction phase development, MEP system evaluations and recommendations, and assistance in selecting the most cost-effective options for longevity and easy maintenance.
The project broke ground in September 2019 with Mosites managing site preparation, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sedimentation control, bulk excavation, utilities, and site stormwater and sanitary piping. After preconstruction and an extensive bidding phase, the new monastery, chapel, and studio are now under construction. Once completed, the new development will house 22 bedrooms, an infirmary and pharmacy, and a commercial kitchen. The new chapel will connect to the guest dining area through a gift shop. A floor has been designed within the studio wing to teach students during summer programs.
