Renovation of two floors totaling 20,000 SF for Mosites Construction & Development Company's new corporate headquarters.

Mosites Construction desired a new corporate headquarters to allow for its invested growth to continue.  Moving away from its rather small and outdated facility to a new tenant improved site, Mosites was able to expand operations over two stories.  The first floor serves the Development Division, while the second floor handles the Building and Heavy Divisions.  Mosites self-performed all of the work and acted as its own general contractor.
