The project consisted of a 24,000 SF, two-story interior office renovation that reconfigured the existing layout and introduced new finishes, lighting, and furniture to create a brighter, more collaborative work environment. A key design goal was to maximize access to natural light, which was achieved through strategic demolition, open office concepts, and new interior glazing. Program enhancements included a first-floor employee lounge and kitchenette, multiple huddle rooms, flexible seating areas, and a dedicated recreation space that supports staff interaction and innovation. Existing restroom facilities were upgraded with new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and modern finishes. Following the successful completion of the initial renovation, Visionet selected Mosites to provide CM services for an additional 12,000 SF renovation on the third floor. This phase included interior fit-outs, new finishes, and coordinated upgrades performed within an occupied building, demonstrating Mosites’ ability to deliver phased, low-impact construction in active office environments.
