RIDC Fit-Out at the Historic Alcoa Building

We received occupancy on 11/30 meeting the schedule established in June prior to design being finalized.  In 5 months, we designed and built a project under budget with zero accidents.  Way to go team!

Krause Commons Obtains Temporary Occupancy


Krause Commons received Temporary Occupancy for the residential portion of the building, Levels 3-6 and one apartment unit on Level 2 on Wednesday 11/21/18 allowing tenants to begin moving in before the end of the year, meeting the owners deadline.  Check back later for pictures of the project!

MBA Excellence Awards

The St. Alexis New Church project has been shortlisted for the MBA Excellence Awards.  We will find out in February if the project won in it's category:  New Construction Under $10M.  Great job team!


Audrey Miller, Preconstruction Associate


We are excited to welcome Audrey Miller as our newest hire!  Audrey is a University of Pittsburgh graduate with a degree in Architectural Studies.  She minored in Studio Art, so she enjoys all things creative ranging from drawing to woodworking.  Her favorite pastimes are going to Pitt football games and fixing up her 170-year-old home.  Audrey will be working on our Preconstruction Team.

Erin Bell, Leasing Manager


Erin Bell joined Mosites Development Company in October. With over 16 years of experience, her expertise includes landlord and tenant advisory services in office, retail, and light industrial properties as well as residential sectors of commercial real estate and property management.  Mosites is excited to welcome Erin to our team!

ANSYS Topping Off Ceremony


ANSYS Hall topping off ceremony at Carnegie Mellon University. We are excited that everyone involved left their signature to be a part of history.

Ensinger Progress

Our project team is underway with Phase 1B of the 60,000 SF warehouse.  All foundations are completed with steel erection over half way done.

Greenfield Bridge wins Best Highway/Bridges of the Year

Beechwood Blvd (Greenfield) Bridge Replacement was recently recognized by ENR Mid Atlantic 2018 Best Projects. The project won in the Best Highway/Bridges category.
