Mosites Construction Company provided construction management at risk services for St. Kilian Parish School and the Diocese of Pittsburgh. 

 Situated on 33 acres of land, the building boasts a main beautiful entrance which leads to the preschool and K-5 facility, parish offices, library, and computer room.  Individual classrooms and offices are wired to provide the most up to date technology consisting of video conferencing, educational T.V., internet service and smart boards.  The second wing of the facility houses the cafeteria, kitchen and multi-purpose gymnasium.  On weekends the gymnasium is transformed to provide worship space for up to 1,000 parishioners.

Work included site excavation and fill, deep foundations, grade beams, spread footings, structural steel frame, slab-on-grade, slab-on-deck, masonry veneer standing seam metal roof, precast, aluminum windows and storefront, elevator, and mechanical and electrical systems.
