Mosites worked closely with the design team, Allegheny County Airport Authority, and Fraport USA to redevelop the retail center core of the airport, bringing in nine new brands, rearranging the main concourse space, and working with a local artist to implement a new terrazzo mural art piece on the floor. The reconfiguration of the center core allows for better circulation for travelers and a better relationship between the concessions and the gate wings. The new brands include a variety of food and clothing retailers and add an element of high-end shopping to the airport.
